1.High abrasion resistance
Due to the quenching process, the high hardness of the conventional material is only on the surface, while the hardness of the rail is even more and higher. Therefore, our product has higher abrasion resistance and will have longer lifecycle.
2.High impact resistance
High impact resistance under harsh operating conditions can also extend the rail lifecycle.

The rail launch information is very important for maintenance and resale. The code scanning function is designed while relevant launch information shall be filled in during scanning, and the GIS data will be automatically collected.
Maintenance tracking
The on-site maintenance information and patrol inspection data of the turnout can be effectively collected and recorded. All quality problems, defect information with related pictures will be recorded.
Aftersales quality tracking
Information of the whole value chain from sales order, delivery, to after-sales is shown. After-sales quality information includes GIS (Geographic Location Information) and the usage/maintenance data. Finally the platform can achieve the functions of statistics, analysis and query.
